Christine Han is the managing attorney at Han law group with over a decade of years of experience in Immigration, Family law, and Criminal defense. She is from Denver, Colorado and earned her bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Colorado.
She then moved to Michigan to attend law school and opened her law firm immediately after becoming a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado. For Immigration law, she represents clients in all 50 states and world wide with an extremely high success rate. Ms. Han is also a certified mediator and handles mediation involving domestic disputes including but not limited to, divorce, separation, prenuptial agreements, enforcements, and post decree matters. She is an active member of the Mediation Association of Colorado with an extremely high settlement rate and she uses her negotiating skills as a mediator in high conflict domestic cases.
Ms. Han has received numerous awards for her litigation skills and high success rate in the courtroom, attributing her abilities to her experience at the 38th District Court in Michigan. She is licensed to practice in Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review.
Ms. Han, a first-generation Korean American from an immigrant family, is dedicated to her immigration clients and community. As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, she is known for her expertise in immigration law. She regularly attends green card and U.S. citizenship interviews for her out of state clients and mentors younger attorneys who are interested in Immigration law. Beyond her work at Han Law Group, Ms. Han actively mentors college students, young leaders, lawyers, and law students who are interested in the field of law and starting their own firm.

J.D. Joseph is a seasoned attorney who has spent time both as a Senior Deputy District Attorney in Denver and at local firms focused on real estate and divorce work. He later transitioned into television at Fox 31 in Denver as an Investigative Journalist. Joseph's work focuses primarily in residential real estate and divorce matters. He is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans and then from the University of Denver Law School.
Hyun Joo Jang is an experienced office manager who also assists with case management and litigation at Han law group. She is passionate about helping clients in pending cases and provides exceptional customer service. She is bilingual (Korean) and assists with Korean speaking clients with immigration, family law, and criminal cases under the direction of our attorneys.
Moh is an experienced senior paralegal who assists clients with their domestic relations, immigration, and family law matters related forms and requirements. He is a licensed attorney in Thailand, and received his LLM from the University of Denver. He is bilingual (Thai) and assists Thai speaking clients for immigration, family law, and criminal cases under the direction of our attorneys.
Esther is a legal assistant who provides assistance to senior paralegals and attorneys in case management and litigation. Esther is a first generation Korean-American and is passionate about helping the immigrant community. Esther is also a notary at the firm assisting clients with notarization and other required documents.
Nell is the Spanish assistant at Han law group and provides case management and litigation assistance to Spanish speaking clients under the direction of senior paralegals and attorneys. She is a 3rd generation Mexican American who is passionate about helping the immigrant community in all legal matters.
